1. The military and the civilian population must be one in the same.

2. Give immigrants entering the country five years to behave.

3. A government issued "closed circuit" (meaning the government has no direct access to the information) ID card to protect the identity's of the voter.

4. Put the people in charge of their governing policies. (The primary rule for fringism).

5. Protect and Preserve the original US Constitution as well as the Bill of Rights.

6. Localize the electoral college.

7. Elect federal government officials (Bureaucrats) through the voting process.

8. Put politicians to work for their money.

9. Annex a clause to the first amendment to ban collusion by news and entertainment medias. (Not currently covered in manuscript).

10. Enact a fair tax state.

11. Bring back intrinsic value in money and resolve inflation.

This manuscript was published as a rough draft and has fallacies and errors; a newer version is being worked on.

 

Eminent laws implemented to protect the constitution from dissimilation, destruction, or purposely disregarding.

 

1. All standing leaders shall protect and preserve the constitution by their oath.

2. No government official shall produce a law to usurp or modify the constitution without the expressed consent of the voter.

3. No government official shall abuse the power of a government appointed entity whether it be the military, Bureaucratic entity, or related association to pursue, defund, or aggravate a group of citizens of the state; without probable reason to exclude organizations of stated, or active uses of violence or criminal means.

4. The identities of the voter shall be held sacred.

5. The treasury shall not produce documentation representing or to exalt a government official whether standing or from prior service.

6. No government official shall take bribe or influence from an unassociated official.

7. No government official shall hold or stand behind a faction.

8. The individual will have the final say over laws presented by congress.

9. All federal bills approved by a state that have not been approved by the nation will have a one year internship of this state in question will be able to uphold this law until the end of the internship which will be judged to benefit the state or be repealed by the governor and reinstated for loss of resources private or public.

10. A law that passes an internship and has benefited the state will be brought back to the individual of the nation.

11. A law that has not passed the approval unanimously by the nation will not be recounted regardless of workings by the party in which it was produced, a law that has been reworded or tweaked by the opposing party in which the party is now in ownership will be able to be balloted as if it was produced by party in question.

Reminder: Collusion has nothing to do with speech and is more of the opposite, For a press being run by the government is not a free press. Which is almost common in our media today.
